  4. No language catalogs are currently available for Skimmer.  We have
  5. supplied both .cd and .ct catalogs for use by those that wish to
  6. create localized catalogs for Skimmer. Anyone that provides localization
  7. files for Skimmer will receive a free registration (for ATO, both the
  8. translator and proofreader). If the proper method of creating the
  9. appropriate localization files is new to you, feel free to contact me
  10. directly for an explanation of these files.
